Fuel Prices Continue to Rise in the Baltic States

During the past working week, fuel prices continued to rise in the capitals of the Baltic States, according to summarized data from the LETA agency.

At the end of the working week, the highest price for gasoline was recorded in Riga, followed by Tallinn and Vilnius. At the same time, diesel fuel was most expensive in Vilnius, then in Riga, while the lowest price for diesel at the end of the week was offered in Tallinn.

In Riga, at the 'Circle K' gas station on Krasta Street, the price of 95 octane gasoline on Friday increased by 1.3% compared to the previous Friday, reaching €1.594 per liter. The price of diesel fuel also rose by 1.3%, costing €1.574.

In Vilnius, at the 'Circle K' gas station on Savanoriu Avenue, the price of 95 octane gasoline was €1.509 per liter, which is 1.3% higher than a week earlier, while the price of diesel fuel increased by 2.5%, reaching €1.629 per liter on Friday.

In Tallinn, at 'Circle K' stations, the price of 95 octane gasoline rose by 2% over the week to €1.559 per liter, while the price of diesel fuel remained stable at €1.459 per liter.

The price of autogas in Riga increased by 8.3% compared to the end of the previous working week, reaching €0.915 per liter, while in Tallinn it rose by 0.7% to €0.9 per liter. In Vilnius, the price of autogas remained unchanged at €0.729 per liter.
